Terms & Conditions for kaj9 — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

If a dispute remains unresolved after good-faith negotiations, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before seeking recourse through any other legal mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.
